Tucked inside Sussex Shores, the first private community just north of Bethany Beach, this spacious townhouse is less than half a mile from downtown Bethany Beach, the boardwalk, shops, and restaurants, an easy walk or bike ride.

Sussex Shores is a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood known for its private beach, quiet roads, and off-street parking. Community and beach access are monitored by private security, and full-time lifeguards are on duty from mid-June through Labor Day, making it a safe, relaxed alternative to crowded public beaches.

Goose Island is a roomy three-story end-unit townhouse located just north of Fifth Street and steps from the best of Bethany. Only 75 yards from the dunes, the home offers plenty of space for families and groups, with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms spread across three levels.

Completely renovated, Goose Island offers a fresh, modern feel with a new kitchen, three updated bathrooms, new flooring throughout, composite decking on all three levels, and fresh paint, designed for comfortable, carefree coastal living.  High speed WiFi throughout the house TVs (3) on all levels with high speed streaming capability.

• Second floor: open-concept living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for gathering, meals, and game nights

For your convenience, the home includes beach chairs, beach toys and an umbrella, plus parking for two vehicles. Weekly rentals run Friday to Friday, helping you avoid weekend traffic. End-of-stay maid service is included.  

For even more fun, Bethany Bike Shop, with bike and kayak rentals for adults and kids, is conveniently located within walking distance. Host can provide suggestions on linen, towel (bath and beach), and infant equipment rental services.
